The Management Company IS NOT AN AGENCY.
American Artists Group Management do have a IMDB for many years.
The Management company nor Sharon, they never ask for adult Bank accounts.
For those who do not know: The only bank account that is required to disclosed, is for Minors Working in the Entertainment Industry. Production and Casting directors must requests a Coogan bank account number for Minors (under age 18), for when production hire minors (under age 18) which all minors under the Coogan law is required to have a Coogan account, and minors must have both work permit and Coogan account to work in the Entertainment Industry. Which the Production company's payroll dept., must deposit approx 30% of the minor talent's earnings directly into the Minor's Coogan account, when Production hires a minor (under the age of 18).
The Parent/legal guardian (not the manager) handles the Minor's Coogan bank account.
Sharon Nixon Kelly was specializing representing managing international talent. Which required a 2 year contact + 1 year option, due to most international talent requires a Sponsor to continue their 01-Visa status. In addition most management companies requires a 2 year contact for the development of talent whom have limited or no theatrical credits which requires managers to invest significant time and overhead in managing and building the talent's theatrical career.
