Purchased a 7day/6 nights Cancun all inclusive package for sunset royal or Sunset Marina Cancun June 2022. Package description highlights valid 3yrs since this was towards the end of pandemic and travel was opening back up. I had a friend who had used it n Chicago and they said it was good deal and worked. Since I had time, I waited to reach out in 2023. I reached out to several people on Facebook messenger and gave dates, they called me one time to share fees, which I told them the sales rep, Arnold Racraquin, said would be waived. Then I never heard back from anyone ever again. Every time I tried to reach anyone … via Facebook or email, nothing. I’ve been trying for 2yrs and I keep hoping I’ll get lucky w a phone number or message. It’s so unfortunate scammers exist. Even the company they dba under, MCCS with email [email protected] was not valid. Their address is 19th Flr. Petplans Tower,

Both my friend and I lost money from this. We have tried to reach out to so many people. They still have their profile up on Facebook but it’s all a scam. They’ll sell packages they make so difficult to honor
