I received a call from a local phone number. I answered the call and the first question was "This is a recorded line. Can you hear me", which I responded yes. A message then prompted to call back to an 866 number which then suddenly disconnected. I believe this is the scam where they have a recording of my voice saying yes so that they can use it to make purchases.
