I bought two pairs of pants and also purchased the insurance for free, hassle-free returns. The pants were such poor quality and looked nothing like the picture. The company refuses to issue a refund and they also told me to send them an additional $10 for them to send me a new item. They are now bullying me because I opened a case with PayPal because I was getting no where with them.
