I am attempting to collect a refund in the amount of $12,023.80 for services not provided by Brighter Tax Solution. I had contracted an agreement with Brighter Tax Solution to work on a tax case with the IRS, but they did not provide any of the agreed upon service and my case with the IRS has gone into 'Collections' status due to their inaction.
