Ordered items via Shop app; never received purchase after over 2 months. Emailed the given “support” email-email address was for “Alex Edwards”; kept getting contact from “Cherry”. Told “Cherry” multiple times that I wanted a full refund; each responding email was a percentage of the total loss.

Made online payment for advertised item. When questioned about delivery, they made a claim that it was delivered. Their third party example of delivery was from China, not USPS proof of tracking and delivery. Fraudulent business practice. Should be fined and prohibited from doing business.
