Ordered something on the website. Received an order confirmation but not an order number or tracking information. $40.50 was charged to my credit card the same day ordered. During several email exchanges the "company" claimed they never received my order. I called credit card company and charge was removed.

Placed an order for a hawaiian shirt from alohahoo.com. Payed for express shipping. After a couple weeks went by with no update we reached out to the only contact method available (email) and were told the shirt had to be manufactured. At this point we realized this was going to be an issue. The company apologized and offered a $15 coupon and assured us that the product was on its way. We then started getting emails from random u known shipping companies with the option to track the package by clicking a track package button. Rather than clicking any bittons we visited the domain in the email to view the tracking websites. The websites didnt work. We complained again and shortly thereafter received another email from a shipping tracking company stating that we would have to pick up the package or it would be returned. We reached out to the shipping company via email trying to tell them it was to be delivered. Not even 5 minutes after sending this email to the shipping company we received an email from alohahoo (the shirt company) claiming the item had been delivered and asking how the experience was.
