Aloha Hawaii Tours, Inc. Reports & Reviews (1)

- Lillington, NC, USA

My husband and I were invited to attend a zoom call for a webinar on behalf of my husband responding to an advertisement that Aloha Hawaii Tours had released on social media. We attended the webinar and were promised a $1000 voucher towards activities on our Hawaiian vacation and also that we weren't going to be subjected to any high-pressure sales tactics for timeshares or vacation memberships. Shortly after the webinar began, so did the high-pressure tactics and they advised us that we would save so much money by purchasing a 3-year $999 membership to their vacation club and through much research we've done on our own, my husband and I have found their "promises" to be complete lies. We were also advised in the meeting that we were free to try it out and that we'd get our money back if we found that it didn't work for us. However, we found that out to be another lie because we contacted the business and spoken to a supervisor about our disappointment and unsatisfaction with the company and our membership and requested that our membership be terminated and money refunded to us and he very rudely and sternly informed us that "all sales are final" and we have a contractual agreement that can't be terminated. My husband and I also received a letter about the payment agreement from a collection company called Monterey Financial Services.

I've contacted and filed a complaint against those con artists with the NC Attorney General's office and will be contacting other attorneys about this.
