I made a purchase through the shop app. On there, their business name is called GRAPHIC T-SHIRT VAULT. I waited over a month and didn’t receive the product so I emailed them 3 separate occasions to their linked email. When they responded, their business title was named ALL STAR ELITE. Every single time I emailed them, they kept asking for the order number and the email used. I don’t know why they wouldn’t have that information already when it is directly linked to the shop account and the order number. They then proceed to tell me that no order exists so I sent them a screenshot of the order and emailed it to them and their excuse every time is that they are moving warehouses and there is no estimated wait time available. Now they are not even responding.

Do not shop. They will not send merchandise

I placed an order with this company on 9/2/23. I received shipping confirmation on 9/3/2023. My tracking information never updated and it is now 9/18/23. This company will not respond and the customer service number is fake. Do not shop with them. This should be illegal. It’s basically stealing.

I recently made a purchase for some clothing from allstarelite.com. The money was taken for the purchase, but I have yet to receive an update about my purchase, the postal location doesnt have my items nor does the company respond to emails or calls about my transaction.
