The sending company is not referenced anywhere but my mortgage company's name is shown in several places, as if it's from them.
There is a simulated check for $199. "to the order of", without the word "pay" visible in window before opening.
Whole thing is designed to get a person to call 1-800-916-8689.
No where is there a company name or address. I looked up the zip code on the postage that says "mailed from Zip Code 33431" to find that is Boca Raton, Florida zip code.
