I was introduced to Yolanda Weatherspoon owner of "ALL3LLC" company by his cousin and my coworker regarding purchasing a vehicle. It started off as a great communicative relationship back and forth. I was informed about several cars but decided on taking a look at a 2010 Cadillac SRX with as she stated had 151,000 miles on it. Again all of our interactions are through phone/ texts because i trusted what my co worker vouched regarding her character so i didnt feel i had anything to worry about being scammed. Boy was i wrong!!! Yolonda asked for a deposit to hold the vehicle until that friday and this was on February 28th 2023. Again i had not seen the vehicle in person nor would she provide VIN number stating there are too many scams dealing with the VIN. I agreed to send $300 via Cash App being this is my co workers i didn’t nt feel weird about it. I was never informed prior to sending this money that there are no refunds and this was a promise to purchase??? How could i promise to purchase a vehicle that i never seen in person, test drove and had no specs on it. I even stated in my text that " if all goes well" i wouldn’t mind purchasing the vehicle from her. Well i met with her that friday, test drove the vehicle noticed the mileage was more than 152,000 miles, check engine light on due to diagnostic codes given by Yolonda herself, code #P0172- fuel trim system error, code# P0017- Crank Shaft position not Plausible and a. low tire pressure. After speaking to her cousin and his mechanic they informed she was basically trying to stick me with a vehicle with catytilic converter issues amognst others. After being told she was going to take care of the issues on March 3 rd, I reached back out toi her on March 6 and the vehicle had still not been repaired. I asked for my $300 back and thats when she stated she does not give deposits back and that she was a legitimate business. Mind you she told me her phone was ringing off the hook with inquires regarding the cadillac so i really didn’t see what the issue was with giving me back my money, she again refused to return it, told me "i didn’t want to come for her" which i definitely took as a threat and have had anxiety and fear about her doing something to me and/or my family. She also told me the vehicle was purchased by her dad for her mother but the mother didn’t want it???? however after talking to her cousin, my coworker and his mother confirmed that her mother has been passed for over 20 years??? SO PLEASE TELL ME WHO THE SCAMMER IS??? TO LIE ON YOUR DECEASED MOTHER IS SAD!!. I have given her several chances to make it right by returning my money before putting her on blast and she has chosen to ignore me and her cousin. So i first had to make sure she was not able to scam anyone else and secondly start the court precedings. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LADY!!!
