Just wanted to drag this [censored] company now that the dust has settled. My mom's furnace died right when we had those below zero windchills. Guy comes over and offers her 3 different "packages" seems high but I guess everything is going up, right?

She chooses one and they come the next day (late), leave in the middle of install without a word, then finish up later. She looks it over the next day and finds that what they installed is a cheaper unit than what she picked. This was no oops. Sales guy was part of the install team and happily came up to finalize the payment when they were done. Scam.

After emailing, calling, snd being pushed aside by their receptionist for days-- finally the guy shows back up. Not with the itemized receipt as promised, but with some figure for a refund that we'll never know if it made sense. Wanting to recoup whatever she could, she accepted the 1600.

A few days after that, we follow up with the township. This company never applied for a permit to do the work which was explicitly stated as part of the pricing. Another scam. I'll bet they never file permits. I had to harass these people for another 2 days to finally get them to file the damn permit. Luckily the town considered the work emergency and we weren't dinged for un-permitted work.

Their invoice states in business for 43 years, but it looks like they were incorporated in 2023. Another lie.

Stay far away.

The cost of a stage 1 furnace for an approximately 950 sq ft home 2 stories was 8,000. This is after their refund of 1600

All day & night services out of totowa,nj is not licensed and has been scamming customers and not pulling permits

This contractor took a deposit for a new heating system and completely disappeared. I contacted the police and state licensing board and they say all day and night services and the owner Bashaar Mahmoud, are allegedly being investigated and persuing criminal charges against them. Consumers beware, make sure to check for their license insurance and if they are bonded with the state. Always get 3 estimates, and never pay check to cash as what these guys did to me.

They installed a ac unit last year, i turned it on this past week and the whole unit froze. I called them and they said they’ll come out and take a look, after that I never heard from them again. My phone calls go straight to voice mail (blocked number). After multiple days of calling, we just called another reputable hvac company. They confirmed that all day & night services totowa installed the unit incorrectly and is losing freon. Now I have to pay these guys to fix all day and nights problems. NJ consumer affairs says that all day and night is not licensed and face multiple fines and restitution when caught.

These guys scammed me for a whole lot of money! I call their number and no one answers my calls, they took my money and ran. They installed my heating boiler tank completely negligent, the technician john does not answer our calls and will not come back to the home to fix the tank. The township inspector came and told us the tank does not have a permit and installed incorrectly, now I have to hire a real licensed plumber and pay again. Please do not repeat our mistakes!
