This company uses high pressure sales techniques and lies to get people to sign up for their extended warranty programs. The man who originally suckered me into signing up for their services said they were a company that Ford Motor company uses or recommends for extended warranties because I filed an online inquiry with the Ford website. I was looking for an extended warranty for my Ford vehicle. I began to get a bad feeling that the company scammed me after I signed up. I called Ford to find out more information and they stated they have nothing to do with All American Auto and that Ford uses their own extended warranty program. I filed a dispute with my credit card company letting them know i believed it was a scam company. I called their customer service and told them to reverse the charge and cancel the service. The man I spoke with began to use his high-pressure sales technique to try and convince me to maintain the service. At this point I became angry and demanded he reverse the charge, and he persisted to question why and became defensive when I told him I don't need a reason why. The man who originally convinced me into purchasing the service said that I had 30 days reverse the activation fee abd I was well within that time frame. The man who tried to convince me to stay with the service when I called to cancel finally after much yelling at him to just reverse the charge supposedly said he did. But I will wait until I see if that is true. I believe this company are full of lying sales people that bully people into purchasing the product.
