I ordered a dress as pictured and received a completely different dress that was much cheaper. I notified them via email and sent pictures of what I had purchased and what I had received to show them the difference and I heard back a couple days later and they didn’t offer a refund, but they offered a discount on future purchases for a credit on my account of like $15 and so that would just stay with the company I would never get my money and I told them that I want a full refund and they said that I could ship the dress back and once they receive it, they would refund it, but they would not provide me with a return label to return something to China would cost hundreds of dollars so that was out of the question. The photo shown is the one I received. I cannot upload the original order photo, but it’s completely different. This is not what I ordered or paid for.

Merchandise not as shown or described. Per the website, the company is US based. Per the emails, they are out of China. Per their return policy, a prepaid return label will be provided, per my contact with the company, they are refusing to provide the label and state that the customer is responsible for item shipping back to China.
