Algainhouse Claimed to be QVC - Online Purchase

Scammers claimed to be QVC selling a rolling bag for 1/3 the normal cost. I paid, tracked shipment and it said delivered but never was. They refuse to refund or resend, no customer service phone number.

Facebook ad appearing to be QVC selling rolling travel bags. I purchased one and received an email with confirmation of purchase, shipping, and total price. This included an order number. Purchased on Christmas Eve of 2024. After following up with them yesterday, they indicated they do not have payment for my purchase despite having a confirmed purchase email. When going to their website, it appears they are using the QVC name, but are not affiliated.

I ordered from Facebook ad, 3 rolling bags. The charge posted from some gas station in Laverne CA, I live in Oregon. Received tracking that didn’t work, further correspondence from email to “support” sent new link for tracking that states it was delivered but nothing received. When “map” enlarged it is to a street that is nowhere near me. I have disputed the charge with my bank.

Facebook ad came up with shelving units where you buy one and get one free. We ordered two so we could get two free. No solid tracking. No address on the tracking. Claims it was delivered and never was. I have a ring doorbell and the day the claimed it was delivered it was not. I am in an endless loop of emails in which they keep telling me it was delivered. This company is a complete scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
