He states that I owe money to Cash Advance USA. I do not owe any amount to them. He threatens legal actions unless I pay the full amount or I can settle for a one time payment of $3000.00.

I have been sent emails from an Alex Tyson Law Pllc , allegedly on behalf of Cash Advance USA, wanting to collect a debt of almost $6800. I , to my knowledge, do not have an outstanding balance, nor an account with them. They keep saying I have 6 hours to respond. They issue threatening legal action, making this seem like a phishing scam. Lots of red flags here.

This company keeps emailing my e-mail address with no name to who it is for demanding money or face legal consequences. Ive never used the company they are saying the represent, Cash Net, Check n go and several other loan companies. Please look into this lawyer and I am making a police report and will press charges if i can.
