Purchased order online from website https://alderjewellers.com I did not receive a confirmation number or a transaction number and immediately reviewed the company. I emailed the support email and called the number on file.The lady I spoke with gave me an ID number of 247. She could not provide me with an order id number or transaction number but kept offering discounts. Explained to her if she could not provide a confirmation number or any details about the order than it was a scam. She was unable to provide any information and did not deny that it was a scam. After explaining to her that I was going to report the business as a scam and contact my bank she panicked and refunded the money.
