He committed for a dry wall and ceiling work in the bathroom. He insisted money toward the material, so we paid thru Zelle $1500 and came after couple of days to start the work. Went out to pick up parts and never showed up. Left opened unfinished work and gave medical reasoning for his delayed and absence.
