increasingly uncomfortable with his questions I asked how long would the cleaning process take he said not long but he kept stalling walking back and forth to his truck, by now he's been at my home 45 min and hasn't taken out any equipment but he keeps making phones calls on my driveway, then he comes to me and says he can offer me a better cleaning service than what I paid for, for only 750 more dollars I said no I couldn't afford anything more than what I paid for, he continues to stall going back and forth between me and his truck (still no equipment has been brought out) he comes back to me 4 more times giving me a different number each time. Needless to say what I had paid for never got done, and he's been at my house now for over 2 hours and I continuously tell him I've got to be somewhere during this whole interaction trying to get him to leave but he kept saying I'm going to try to get you a "better deal" finally my son came out of my home and asked what was taking so long and shortly after that he left. I have tried to get my money back through Groupon but they have stated that if my voucher had been used (Which it had but Not bc I had received service, but bc the "a/c company" redeemed it before ever coming out) they would have to take the companies word for it..? Please help. They have apparently done this to other people as well. I also read in others comments that they have multiple names they go by on Groupon.
