The item advertised was a quilted laundry basket. It showed videos of the item and showed the quilting actually happening. It advertised QUILTED numerous times. The item came and was not quilted at all. It was fabric that just had a printed design. It was horrible looking and clearly not what was advertised. When I contacted the company via email about the problem they said sometimes items look different. They said someone would get in touch. No one did. I was blown off. I then went on line and found that many others had the same issue with this company. It is clearly a scam. I do not want others to get scammed.

I saw an ad for "quilted" laundry/storage baskets on-line. The ad clearly showed the quilting of the material and I purchased three baskets and a tote bag. When the items arrived over a month later, all of them were created with images of quilted fabric? But no actual stitching aside from what was required to hold the lining to the exterior fabric. I contacted the company to ask to return them for a refund based on their misleading advertisement. I was informed that the ad stated that there could be "discrepancies" between the product images and the item received. They refused to accept a return and instead offered a 15% discount on a future purchase. This is clearly false advertising.

The scam is they have videos and pictures of quilted bags when your order comes they are canvas not what was advertised not the product they are selling!

Item purchased with credit card was made with inferior fabrics and not at all as pictured on the advertisement. Tote bag said to be quilted and embroidered using cotton polyester fabric having a large 3 dimensional rose appliqued to front of bag. Received a printed rose, in muted color, on a nylon type fabric with NO quilting. Paid $29.99 before tax and shipping. Imported. Used my credit card for payment. Should I cancel this credit card???

Purchased two “quilted” laundry baskets. Received poor quality items that have zero quilting. Immediately requested a full refund. Was required to send photos of the items purchased. Then was advised I could donate the items and receive a 15% off coupon for future purchases. Also advised I pay all shipping fees to Hong Kong and a 5% restocking fee. Still haven’t received the return address. This is a COMPLETE SCAM. The Aiorrax website shows and depicts beautifully quilted items. This is the opposite of the truth! Again, nothing is quilted. I think I’m out $80 and very unhappy!
