He's trying to tell me that I need to get a apple card for a free grant. He said that it is supposedly for the flat tire that the FedEx vehicle had coming to my place yesterday. I already sent him a $30 one which he said that all he needed was the number from it but ended up taking the money off also which he said he wouldn't do. Now he keeps telling me that I have to pay for the tire.

Referred by fake nephew on Facebook. Contacted through a link by scammer and requested $1000 in gift cards to unlock a document to see if I qualified for a grant. I qualified so they requested name,address,age and income. they also requested the amount I wanted. Before package could be shipped I would have to purchase more gift cards. I declined.
