Looking at couches on the Wayfair site, which took me to AfterSales. Ordered Sunny Dale Lt facing sofa & chaise in Dec 2025 from AfterSales. Was being shipped from Singapore then didn't pass customs. Then they supposedly ship again from Australia. Now saying it arrived at my home & signed for by customer. Item was never received. I lost $73.17. Order # 6801139007306. Only communication is via email at [email protected]. Your new package has already been shipped.
