Was redirected from TikTok Shop to a third party website called "Aerovain". Purchased $32.00 worth of goods. The company said that the products were delivered. However, they were not, and the tracking information provided was not in any of the major shipping companies, nor was it easy to use. The company was allegedly helpful and agreed to resend the items. Once more, the shipment was "delivered" with no proof, and was not. They "agreed" to a full refund, "between 15-25 business days", which is well past, and I am still emailing them about. At this point, it has been 72 business days, and I am sure I will not receive my money, but wanted others to be aware.
