Lily and Miya will send you nails that is not as advertised. It is very flimsy. It’s like melted plastic. It will have someone else’s name as it’s common for them to mix up orders. When asked for a refund after you’re willing to send the nails back since it was not what you ordered, especially since it had someone else’s name, they will be hostile. Worst customer service. They will lie and say they made no mistake and you will be stuck with products that you did not order, has someone else’s name, and the quality of a gum ball machine toy. Do not be defrauded by avoiding doing business with these two.
