They approved me for a $5k loan however said they needed collateral so paid $758, then asked for the full collateral paid that. Then said they needed the insurance paid which would be refunded. First it was a partial amount, then a full amount. After paid that, even when they said they would pay it all (is in emails), they said they needed taxes paid. I refused to do that, asked for a full refund to which they say will now take a month. However, I said you have my direct deposit, put it back, and they refuse to do so.
