Paid for an FRT for a 10/22 on March 13th. Didn't receive it for a month. Came with limited instruction, and the video they have isn't very helpful. Called, emailed, and messaged repeatedly with zero response. I consistently saw them posting products and responding to peoples negative comments. I left a comment stating disappointment in their lack of customer service. They immediately asked me to private message them explaining whats going on. I sent them a message and heard nothing for 3 weeks until I complained again. They asked me to send a video of the issue. It's now been a week since and I sent another message complaining. They looked at my message but haven't responded. I refuse to deal with their products in my shop anymore.
