Got a call stated it was an attorneys office in behalf of a collection agency, I was told a sheriff was going to be at my house to serve legal court documents unless I agreed to pay, or make payment arrangements with the fist payment due today. They agreed to settle in full and said they would continue legal if proceedings if amount requested was not paid, I called the bank they said I owed they already have many complaints and have the same number given to me it had been reported as a scam, these people are very sly will sound very polite and helpful but are SCAMMERS beware of them they claim they can sue you under a rolling agreement and use lots of legal vocabulary most people won’t understand They are well trained to persuade. They are quick to give you their address I googled it and it is fake
