Fake Civil suite claim

I was phone by 970-200-8523 and asked if I was related to (my mother's name). I asked what this is in reference to and was told that my mother is involved in a Civil Suite Claim out of Denver County. I was then given a reference number after I asked questions which they provided no information to. I was then given another number 1-888-648-6897 and was only provided the same information stating she would be "served papers." I asked to what address and they provided a street name only, of which my mother has never lived at. My mother has dementia and has been in a long-term care facility for several years, therefore this is a false claim. BEWARE of this scam. It's another ploy to scam the elderly.
