Offshore India accent telemarketer calling "on behalf of Medi-Cal." Later said they are "New Hope Pharmacy." Then sent text without identifying themselves as Staywell US, Utah and asked for [faux] permission to text. It was then I learned that Acumen Advisors LLC dba Staywell US was behind the unlawful telemarketing call. I lost time from work dealing with this and they may try to bill MediCare for a "care package" I don't need. A CSR at New Hope Pharmacy falsely stated their offshore telemarketer was not "selling" anything. I demanded Staywell US send me their written DNC policy.
