It was a fake Fingerhut customer service they called me probably 7/8 times now they want my information I called Fingerhut they did not call me the phone number I listed they just keep hanging up on me now cuz I told them I would report them

Fingerhut sent a detailed email stating my order had shipped, giving my full name and providing a customer number, order number, and all types of information that appeared to be an authentic order. The shipping address was not my address and the last four digits of the credit card payment were not my credit card numbers.

When I called to report a fraudulent order to Fingerhut, the Fingerhut customer service "employees" wanted my personal information, such as last four digits of my social security number and address information. When I would not give this information, they said they could not help report the fraud. They are tricky. They gave me a "Fraud Department" number to call and the person did the same.

I contacted Experian and learned that no one has attempted to open a credit card in my name. No identity theft has taken place. This is a Phishing Scam "company".
