The top I ordered had a flawed zipper and the fabric was poor quality. I contacted them to return the top. They said for me to take a photo of the shirt so I made
a video showing them how the zipper did not work properly. They said they would send a different replacement top rather than a refund. I agreed. I waited four weeks
and emailed them to say I had not yet received it. They said my request was denied and they would send a refund but it was an international transaction so would take longer than expected.
I have been in email contact with them (with at least six different customer service representatives!) since January 16, 2024 and this is still not resolved. I believe they are scamming people. Some people post they never receive their item. At this point I just want my money refunded and be done with them.
