My husband set up a speedtalk mobile $5 pay per month plan for my son for auto renew in Dec 2022. When it came time for it to renew it didn't and I tried to use their website to update our card info to auto renew but it wouldn't work. It told me my card was denied to to the zip code being wrong and I would have to fill out a credit card authorization form before my sons plan could continue. The form seemed really unsafe so I opted to have them call me to set up the auto renew that way. A women called from 202-600-9912 within 2 mins of submitting the request. I made sure to use a card that we don't use for anything else and hadn't had purchases on it since we got it in Oct. The women repeated all my numbers back to me except the 3 digit code. About 2 mins after we finished talking (took 6 mins and 26 secs) she called back asking for my 3 digit code to finish processing it (we spoke for 52 secs). After this my sons phone was back to working but I looked at my husband and said "I'm pretty sure she's going to steal our card info". And about a week ago we had a $100 and $50 steam purchase attempt, $1 Blizzard gaming fishing charge, and a little over $50 Amazon purchase within 24 hours of each other. The speedtalk auto renew purchase was the only purchase made on this card other then the fraudulent purchases. Speedtalk mobile or a women working for Speedtalk mobile stole our card information.
