I ordered kittysups taurine supplement from a link in Facebook to assist my aging cat. The website duplicated my request so now I have two orders for 50.00 a month times two so $100 being taken out of my account even though I cancelled the subscriptions. I've been in contact them through emails for the last month and a half and the said they confirmed all subscriptions had been cancelled and they were working on sending me a return label so I can return the product and get a refund. I have the emails if needed where seemingly an AI bot is just replying to me and essentially blowing smoke about the whole process. I really need relief. I cannot keep shelling out $100 a month for something I clearly cancelled and have multiple instances in the email promising a return label and a refund and cancelled subscriptions.
