Aggressive call about delinquent MyPaydayLoan account

First I received a TXT saying to call the number regarding a case update. Then I went and called and automatically the person named Robert aggressively started telling me that I got to send a payment for an account that went delinquent which is called MyPaydayLoan. Which sounded very fishy to me and when I confronted about being a scam got very aggressive and told me that the attorney is just trying to reach out before I get served and have to go to court and that will bring my debt from $1,500 to over 4k.

Sued over a payday loan scam using fake case number

Call that said I was being sued over a payday loan. I called the courthouse involved gave them the case number they said it didn’t exist. I think contacted my bank. The payment is still being processed. There’s nothing they can do, they sent an email. I have documentation of all of this. They did have the last four of my social and they did have information pertaining to a 11 or 2012 that I’m pretty sure I have receipts. I paid back but when they called, I wasn’t for sure and I didn’t wanna be sued so I got scared and gave them my bank card and then I did the research. I put their organization and address in the website ScamPulse.com has and could not anything be found.
