Isaac Amir Amirfar and his wife, Jessica Vawter, owners of AMARR Studios illegally posed as contractors and designers for a home remodel we were doing. We paid $92,500 to this business and did not receive the agreed-upon services and materials we paid for. Upon research, we discovered this business has an expired business license, no contractor's license, the office address on invoices was fake, the website was fake, and they used unlicensed workers to do work on plumbing, gas, and electric. We also discovered they scammed another family in the area and did not pay the vendors or workers for the work done at our house. They left the job incomplete and have disappeared. They have many years of history of doing this and changing company names, former company name was Amir Amirfar and Associates. They belong to a catholic church and private school community in Newport Beach where they are targeting families to scam.
