Scam- Sales Reps just want your money for a crappy system

1. The system sucks. They talked me into getting another system when I had Vivint which was much better quality and user-friendly. They also talked mad crap about Vivint and how Aabo is “better and cheaper”. It’s definitely cheap but you get what you pay for.
2. The sales rep told me he’d buy out the Vivint system contract if I agreed to switching to Aabo. He is no where to be found now. Now I’m stuck with a crappy system and having to deal with buying out of my old contract ALSO which is now going to collections due to me waiting for this sales rep’s promise. He wasn’t responding for about two months, had an excuse, and still never followed through with his agreement after promising it AGAIN.
3. Don’t do it. It’s a rip off and honestly my electric bill has gone up so much higher since switching my thermostat from Vivint to Aabo’s thermostat system.
4. You have to change majority of the settings on a PC and can’t on your phone. Pretty inconvenient.
5. There isn’t even live footage you can watch on the main monitor to see who is even there and lags behind when you try to open the live view on the app. It’s terrible.
6. They seem helpful but now won’t tell me terms of canceling or don’t even respond at all.
7. Always make sure to get things in writing.

Oh and they also don’t even contact the police but they will tell you it does. Vivint is completely 24/7 monitoring and alerts the police immediately. I don’t feel safe at all with Aabo. You can’t even see the footage half of the time and it doesn’t record all things. It’s very inconsistent.

Came to our home and told us the one we had was out of business and they had a better deal and cheaper. The unit they installed doesn't even contact to the police it contacts us. And we contact the police and the reason I know this is because we had a police officer come here and after he tried getting the police station he told us it wasn't connected to them. We have received any papers from either one of these.
