Unscrupulous paving contractor AAA Paving

Approached by individual working in area saying he could pave my driveway with extra asphalt mix they had on truck-at a discount. Finished driveway was a very poor product. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I compared it with other new driveways in the area. Contractor applied seal coat when I complained. Later learned this is not acceptable practice. Had to have driveway ripped out and replaced. Now contractor does not answer calls or texts. Extremely unsatisfactory and predatory. Am out $9K

Doing business as AAA Paving and possibly Confident Paving. Was approached by a person saying they were in the area and had extra asphalt on the truck. Said he would give me a good deal to repave my driveway. Said 40 dollars a square yard in the end I was overcharged by 1600 dollars. I was charged 57 dollars a square yard not the 40 dollars that is written in the contract. The Forman told me the total after he measured my driveway I took him at his word and did not double check his measurements. Upon further inspection of my driveway the next day I found the workmanship to be of inferior quality. I tried to contact the company and the phone number was not able to complete the call. I was told he would put 3 inches on the driveway. It ended up being 1/2 inch to 2 inches in some places. My driveway is very uneven. Unable to reach the company to get this resolved
