Purchasing medical insurance (ACA like) off gov't market (did not have behavioral health benefits required by HHS/CMS) I had requested quotes from 2 major insurers so he got my cell phone number somehow. Bill called me said he was working as an agent of the state exchanges. He said he could help me find an affordable plan. When the ACA PPO plans were quite expense, he said he could find a less expense "off the market" product that did not have the behavioral health benefits that are required on the gov't plans. He found a plan that required a $508.90 payment of the first month which included a one-time $125.00 processing/service fee for insurance to start December 15, 2023, and the monthly pay't would be $383.90/month on January 15, 2024 and forward. He provided me with a Member number and Confirmation number.

When I was unable to download the disclosure paperwork I started to investigate A1 Healthcare which took me to Adroit Health and CSR Benefit. I logged into Adroit and sent a message thru their portal on 11/29/23 requesting copies of Disclosures and Benefit Plan. I did not hear from them.

I called the number that Bill gave me 844-571-0004 - no one picked up and just told me to log in to portal, the CSR Benefits Member Services 800-269-3503, which only tried to sell me a medical alert necklace. I have disputed the payment of $508.90 with my credit card company and cancelled my card.

Received call about health dental and vision insurance, a PPO at 385.00$ enroll start up cost 150.$ monthly they cover up to 9000,00$ and would take care of all billing as I have a fee at office. Rosa 8666561213 ext 3299. I spent 45 mins on phone to insure I had all I needed to be covered, hove to file w/no major medical Rx charges. I have a conformation number and they have my bank card number. I was told to log into A1healthcare.com/members for my information. They won’t even answer phone for myself or offices that need them.

Was promised full insurance, a primary insurance, and was sold a supplementary insurance. When talking to the 3rd party benefits company the insurance uses they stated this happens often and only covers what a supplemental insurance covers. She stated it is not a primary. When I went to cancel the insurance after months of believing I had a primary (luckily never using it and having to pay full out of pocket costs) they tried to tell me that it was a primary again and lied to me about coverage during two different calls. Was disconnected from a call to cancel in their “two step process” and called again an hour later when I received no call to attempt to continuing talking to me. Found my cancellation of the insurance was cancelled. Had to go through the two step process again in order to cancel the plan.

Website also has 2 IDs for the insurance where one is not recognized by customer support.

Insurance cards did not arrive until June 2023 after I signed up December 2022.

When speaking to an in-person health insurance agency in my area, they stated they did not recognize the company and it did not pull up under their known primary insurances. Their office suggested I report this to the ScamPulse.com to inform others.
