On August 24, 2026, Wayne Bruce Jackson, owner of A Plus Appliance Doctor, said that he would repair my washer and dryer. I paid for him to get a $290 battery at Auto Zone. I paid $80 for him to get a cellphone at TMobile in Norfolk. He was homeless, so I provided a place for him to stay and food to eat for a week. After he received the requested items from me, he never came back to repair my washer or dryer.
