I received a call from 951-552-7485 claiming to be from a law firm called Franklin Jones and Morgan, referencing a case number (HR14601170). The caller said I needed to be available between 12–5 PM to receive legal documents, and that I must have two forms of ID and a witness present. They said if I wasn’t home, they’d come to my workplace and would need someone from HR or management to sign off. It was clearly an attempt to intimidate me.

Shortly after, I got a voicemail from a woman named Amber Scott claiming to be with High Austin Solutions, saying she was calling from the office of Brian Adams. She repeated the same message and left a callback number: 844-280-1852.

Then I got another call from a local Houston number: 832-261-8924, saying they were a courier service hired by Franklin Jones and Morgan to deliver the same documents. This was clearly part of the same scam, using a local number to make it feel more legitimate.

There are no real documents, no real law firm, and no case. Just scare tactics to pressure people into calling back and possibly giving personal information or money.

If you get a call like this, don’t respond, don’t call back, and don’t give them anything. Report the numbers and let others know that this is a scam.

I received a voicemail from a local number saying I will be served yet the person did not provide the name of the company. Since I am in identity theft I knew to call and ask for identifying information. When I called a woman that goes by the name Kelly answered saying she worked in mediation but never said the company. I asked her the name of the supposed company she said Franklin, Jones, and Morgan I asked what it was and that’s when she got combative and then hung up the call, lucky for me I was recording the interaction and never gave the fake file number that was left.
