I called 945-293-6710 and they said I took a loan out for $900. They knew what bank I have and the last four digits of my social. They wouldn't send me anything. This guy Terry was very mean. Said he will take me to small claims court to collect.

This man called with the ladt 4 of my social claiming i owed a payday loan from 2012. I informed him i was in Afghanistan during this time, and never had a loan. He started making condescending remarks and claimed to work for a collection information service. Then he claimed to work for the a government watchdog acency before finally claiming he works for a branch of Easy Money Loans LLC. Nothing added up so i hung up and blocked the number.

This number has texted me multiple times saying this “ … We made several attempts to contact you in regard to your overdue balance. Your account is now at risk call 945-293-6710 to resolve. But the text comes from a +1 (202) 990-1565. He claims I took out some payday loan In the amount of $500 in 2015 which is incorrect. He even claims it was based on my income but then states a place of employment I ever had. I've told him this is incorrect but then he gets mad and hangs up. When I call back and press him for more info he hangs up.

I keep getting texts to call (945) 293-6710 regarding a debt that is being sent to collections. When asked to mail me the information I’m told they have exhausted every attempt available to mail the information and they will not be sending it again unless a payment plan is set up. When asked what is is regarding and how much I’m told it was for a check cashing loan I took out at EZ loan (there is not one anywhere near me) back in 2015 under my maiden name.. I’ve been married since 2014. When asked for more information I was spoken over and cursed at as well as demeaned during the phone conversation. I did give my debit card info once and then realized it was a scam and cancelled my card.. now they call and text more frequently and more threatening.. it sounds like the same male voice every time as well.

When I told him I’ve never had a payday loan, he immediately became offended saying “are you gonna let me explain?” “Are you gonna let me explain” before terminating the call. I tried to call back immediately after hangup, and there was no answer. Keep in mind there were no attempt to collect a debt scriptures, Warning stated at the Call is being recorded. It was concerning because they had the last four of my social along with a previous employment
