They send an urgent letter about enrolling in home mortgage insurance - that you MUST enroll in - using your mortgage company's name on the envelope to trick you. They get your payment information and enroll you into automatic payments through a legitimate third party payment processing company called WALCO Funding. They process the payments as different LLCs showing on your bank statements.

Trying to contact regarding a home warranty from (888) 996-0424 and providing multiple different phone numbers to call (888-996-0424; 888-448-9920; 888-534-9308; 800-973-9029). States "you will be financially liable for any and all repairs needed for your home"
