I purchased a tball popper toy for my son through kynvale. I was charged 39.99 for the toy and given a free membership to its dugout club. No where in the purchase did it mention this dugout club was a subscription, and no actual goods, literature or anything was provided. It took me 2 months and 80 dollars later to realize they were charging me for a subsription to this dugout club. Again, there was nothing provided with this dugout club. They charged me for a cheap toy and then scammed me for a false subscription I knew nothing about.

Purchased their Tee Popper. Package includes access to the "Dugout Club" no information was given about the dugout club. No means of accessing the dugout club. Then they charge $58/month for this subscription that I didn't even know I was buying. The Tee Popper is also a **** product

Was signed up for a subscription automatically without my knowledge when making a purchase. No confirmation email or given a way to cancel. Subscription cost was the same as the tee popper I bought (garbage product) with no item or benefit. Scam.

I ordered a Tee Popper and in my order the Dugout Club was automatically included. A month later they took out $42.50 for the Dugout club that I never joined. I also never received the Dugout Club booklet they say was sent. I attempted to make contact more than 5 times with a response saying someone will be contacting me in 2-3 days. I never received a response nor can I find a number for customer service. A new month rolled around and another $40 was taken out for a "dugout club". This is a SCAM.

You buy a product and then are auto enrolled in a program called the Dugout Club for $40/month but get absolutely nothing with that subscription.

I bought a baseball training aid from an ad on Instagram. Item came and was fine. The next month the company charged me a $40 monthly subscription fee that I never signed up for. The only method of contacting them is email. I sent about 5-6 emails with no response.

I purchased a ball thrower for my kids, and the company added a subscription service that I did not order or authorize. A month later I was charged 57.00 for a subscription I didn’t sign up for, and was refused a refund.
