I received this letter in the mail from this supposed company. It mentioned it being a final notice and that the property and saying that the property is seized and there was senior rates available. I have a reverse mortgage so I am not concerned with such things, but I get these letters all the time. I am trying to find the right warranty, but I know for a fact these guys have been scamming people.

They target everyone and use the wording private & confidential as if the correspondence is legitimate and a private matter! They are pirates trying to steal money from people and they are not being held accountable!

These people are constantly sending mail and unwanted phone calls. They are rude and disrespectful. I’ve asked several times over the last 4 years but they are allowed to do this things with any type of consequence to them or their fake business.

"Home Warranty Division" mailings have NOT included ANY return address, e-mail, or web site. I tried calling its number 888-760-1910, but keep getting recordings, "That is not a valid extension." The family member has received repeated mailings such as this, and is also upset about them. The letters warns the homeowner to call the number "to avoid any delays in mortgage coverage." (The mortgage is actually held by a local financial institution.) Upon request, I can send a photocopy of the letter to the (local) BBB. Thank you.
