I received a letter, no business name, just says Lender: Indiana Housing & Community Authority. My incorrect property code, and a number to call. 1-888-679-0672. and a $199.00 Allocated Waiver attached to the letter.

Received a document in the mail with FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY about my home property (for which the address was correct). Said it was secured by Citibank Na, which is not my lender. Showed an "Allocated Waiver" which looks like a check for $199.00 but states it is not a check on the bottom of the page.

At the bottom it states Not all consumers have previous coverage. not affiliated with Citibank Na. which leads me to believe it is trying to sell me insurance of some sort.
