They do list my name/address as it would appear on a return to sender but not other information.

Only telephone number, no other business name, email, website provided, bottom of letter declares they are not affiliated with my lender in very fine print. Multiple copies all declaring "Final notice" and "we have been attempting to contact you" all received within 1-2 days.
