This organization is posing as a home warranty company. They referenced our bank on a letter to make them seem legitimate. We had not received our mailed contract with Choice Home Warranty yet, the home warranty company we signed with for our new home, and so I believed this was them reaching out. When calling them, the operator did not reveal a company name and asked to agree to a contract verbally. They explained a payment plan and asked for the first month's payment. The entire time I believed this was Choice Home Warranty. We have not received any further information from this organization and eventually received our physical contract with Choice that didn't match up with what the operator explained to us, which confirms it is a scam.

Letter sent to home address pretending to say I need to call and verify my home warranty. Using threat language like FINAL NOTICE; REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED etc.

They try to say your existing home warranty will get redlined if you do not pay for 3 years for full coverage warranty. When you call, they are very pushy, saying redline several times.
