Someone from 888-448-9920 Home Warranty Services sent mail which most reasonable people would assume was sent from my mortgage company, but was not in fact that company. This person instructed me to call their phone number, presumably to sell me a home warranty as that was what was being deceptively pushed on me via the mail's body.
