Charter/Spectrum calling and sending texts from (877) 766-8523 claiming I have an unpaid balance that must be settled. I do not have a Charter/Spectrum account, therefore I have no unpaid balance. I have confirmed directly with Charter/Spectrum that I owe them $0. This number has called every. single. day. For nearly 4 months now.
