Letter said FINAL NOTICE: IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUIRED. It claims my home warranty is about to expire. I have no home warranty. Lists property secured by Wachovia Mtg. Corp, I have no mortgage. This was an old mortgage company I had 24 years ago. Letter says to call 1-877-231-3109 to register home warranty protection. It does not give a company name or an address.
